Sarah Epting has been a certified Salesforce Administrator for 4 years. She started her career in nonprofits as a marketer and fundraiser for 10 years, but needing to wear many hats at a small organization, she stumbled into learning technology including SQL by necessity. Because of Salesforce’s nonprofit program, Sarah became an accidental administrator when she volunteered to try to setup one health clinic’s instance. From there as a green administrator she started a company that helped other nonprofits before trying her chops at a full-time administrator position in Boca Raton. She’s now back to consulting with a new business called Technopath. Technopath works with nonprofits and small businesses and has developed a training and apprenticeship program so newly certified admins can gain experience and move into their Salesforce career.
